40% reduction in Community Trade Mark fees
On 1 May the current Community Trade Mark (CTM) registration system that includes a filing fee of €750 and a registration fee of €850 was replaced by a combined filing and registration fee of €900.
The result is a reduction of €700 or 40%.
This is clearly welcome especially in the current economic environment.
